Pittsfield: Drive-in movies at Taconic High

Berkshire Theatre Group and Artistic Director Kate Maguire, in partnership with the city of Pittsfield, announce family friendly films at their newly established Sunset Cinema Outside at Taconic High School, 96 Valentine Road, in July. This series is sponsored by The Berkshire Eagle.

Drive up and enjoy movies in the comfort and safety of vehicles. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Movies begin around 8:30 p.m. (sunset). A food truck will be on site with concession offerings.

Films include "Disney's Newsies: The Broadway Musical," Friday, July 10; "The Wiz Live!" Saturday, July 11; and "Jurassic Park," Thursday, July 16.

Films on July 17 and 18 will be announced.

Tickets cost $25 per vehicle and may be purchased online at BerkshireTheatreGroup.org or by calling 413-997-4444.
