Pittsfield: Streets set for milling, paving
PITTSFIELD — The city has announced its Street Improvement Project schedule through June 21. During this work, on-street parking will be prohibited in all of the locations mentioned below. The schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, June 12: Paving-shim course on Danforth Avenue, Turner Avenue (Seymour to Beech) and Union Street (North to Center).
Friday, June 14: Paving-shim course on Calumet Street, Lincoln Street, Memorial Drive, and Mohawk Street.
Monday, June 17: Mill existing pavement on Glenwood Avenue, Grove Street, Pine Street, and Pleasure Avenue.
Tuesday, June 18: Mill existing pavement on Hull Avenue, Myrtle Street and Stoddard Avenue.
Wednesday, June 19: Mill existing pavement on Pontoosuc Avenue.
Thursday, June 20: Paving-shim course on Glenwood Avenue, Grove Street, Pine Street, and Pleasure Avenue.
Friday, June 21: Paving-shim course on Hull Avenue, Myrtle Street and Stoddard Avenue.
This schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions.
