Pittsfield: SuperGenarians slate online health forum

The 2020 summer Berkshire SuperGenarian Forum, "Growing Stronger Together," will be offered free of charge to a broad online audience via Zoom from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 8.

Dr. Mark Pettus, director of Wellness, Population Health and Community Care at Berkshire Health Systems, will present "Health and the Application of Mind-Body Science."

Maria Sirois, licensed clinical psychologist in private practice, will speak on "Positivity in Uncertain Times."

Each talk will be approximately 30 minutes and there will be time provided for Q&A with both speakers. Between the talks there will be a 15-minute musical interlude.
