Roundup: Lenox boys soccer team records 6-0 win over Granby

GRANBY — The Lenox boys soccer team picked up its second win of the year with a 6-0 rout over Granby on Saturday afternoon.

The Millionaires (2-0) recorded all six goals in the second half.

In an email, Lenox coach Matt Cote said that the team pressured Granby throughout the first half, but the Rams' collective resolve in defense proved too tough to crack at first. At halftime, the team made a formation adjustment and Mike Abdalla scored a minute into the second half to break the ice.

Abdalla scored a pair, while Ian Laurin bagged two goals himself and also set up Matt Heim for a goal. Heim also had a pair of assists.
