Pittsfield — Get in the Oscar-season mood by catching Oscar-nominated Shorts at the Little Cinema at the Berkshire Museum.

Get the edge on your office Oscar pool and predict the winners after three weekends of screenings.

The screening is presented by Shorts HD and Magnolia Pictures. Documentary Shorts will screen Feb. 9-12; Animated Shorts will be screened Feb. 16-19; and Live Action Shorts will be shown Feb. 23-26. The Academy Awards take place Sunday, March 4.

See the documentaries nominated in the Oscar Shorts category at 7 p.m. Friday to Monday, and at 1:30 p.m. Monday. The shorts include: "Traffic Stop" 30 minutes; "Heaven is a Traffic Jam on the 405" 40 minutes; "Edith + Eddie," 29 minutes; "Heroin(e)," 39 minutes; "Knife Skills," 40 minutes

The following weekend, see Oscar-nominated animated shorts, including: "Dear Basketball," 5 minutes; "Negative Space," 5 minutes; "Lou," 7 minutes; "Revolting Rhymes," 29 minutes; "Garden Party," 7 minutes; "Lost Property Office," (additional film); "Weeds" (additional film); "Achoo" (additional film)

Tickets are $7.50, $5 for Museum members.
