Posted

The Stockbridge Library, Museum & Archives' "Behind Closed Doors" series continues with "Berkshire Splendor: The Great Estates of the Berkshires" at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19.

Susan Frisch Lehrer, former curator of education at Chesterwood Museum, will offer a lecture presentation on many of the county's "cottages" for a glimpse of the past, present, and future.

The presentation will focus on the interiors and exteriors of the mansions, the architects who designed and built them, and the families who lived in them.
