Entrepreneurship for All

Entrepreneurship for All launches with a Berkshire County Caravan, bringing community leaders, volunteers and would-be entrepreneurs together for free introductory events, starting at 8:30 a.m. in Great Barrington, 11:30 a.m. in Pittsfield and 5 p.m. in North Adams. Women's Group dinner

Berkshire Business and Professional Women's group welcomes speaker Berkshire District Attorney Andrea Harrington to speak in recognition of October as Domestic Violence Awareness month, and Amy Diamond to speak about the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus at their monthly meeting, 5:30 p.m. at Proprietor's Lodge, 22 Waubeek Road, Pittsfield. Fall for Arts fundraiser

Hilltown Arts Alliance and Hilltown Community Development will host a Fall for the Arts fundraiser, featuring a silent art auction, buffet dinner, live music and a cash bar, 6:30 p.m. at the Velvet Restaurant, 113 Ridge Road, Worthington. Funding will help expand and enhance the annual Hilltown Open Studio Tour in 2020, develop the local creative economy, create additional place-making opportunities and promote local cultural district formation work. Tickets are $30, available at hilltownartsalliance.org.

The Richmond Cultural Council seeks grant applications from organizations, schools and individuals applying for support for cultural activities in the community by Oct. 15. Applications available at mass-culture.org/lcc_public.aspx.
