WILLIAMSTOWN — This restored Arts and Crafts-style home on Ide Road is listed for $2.25 million. The mansion includes seven to eight bedrooms and almost as many baths — seven and a half — over 7,215 square feet of living space on 2.78 acres. The property includes the main house, guesthouse, a heated in-ground pool, colonnaded terrace, mature landscape and garage with suite.

Built in 1911, the last time the home sold was in 2003, for $350,000.

The expanded property was first listed in 2017 for $2.95 million. On May 22, owners lowered the price to $2.25 million, or $312 per square foot.

The Ide Road mansion is presented by Maggie Barry and brokered by William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty.
